Kevin Clark was Director of Marketing for one of the nation’s fast & largest private commercial mortgage lending firms, from November 1988 until July 2003. In his role as Director of Marketing, he was a major force in helping the private lending firm gain national recognition as one of the country’s largest private lending sources. ​

​​From 2003 to 2007, Kevin Clark was a visiting instructor/seminar leader for the Dynetech Corp, a seminar company out of Orlando, FL. Kevin instructed for Dynetech’s American Cash-Flow Association and the real estate guru’s, Robert Allen, and Carlton Sheets programs. Non-conforming financing expertise, marketing savvy and powerful speaking and communication skills have won Kevin Clark many speaking invitations from well-known industry associations nationwide. ​

In mid-summer 2005, he made available his e-book, “Kevin Clark’s Making Money with Hard Money Commercial Mortgage Lenders, Tips & Tools for Getting Your Non-Conforming Commercial Mortgage Funded Fast”. Kevin’s Hard Money Training e-book is dedicated to training mortgage professionals who are interested in learning the “Hard Money” commercial mortgage business.

In 2015 he made available his manual; “Unraveling the Mysteries of Hard Money Loans for Real Estate Investors”. Both training manuals are being updated with new information as the real estate lending environment has changed. Kevin offers a hands on approach and reviews every loan request submitted. He believes he is in the people business first and the commercial mortgage business second.
