Kevin S. Clark is the Managing Member of Clark Capital Group, LLC, and the Founder of PrivateLenderCenter.com, a platform dedicated to connecting real estate investors and commercial property owners with private capital sources.
 
With more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, Kevin is widely recognized as a leading authority in private money and hard money lending. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the origination and facilitation of billions of dollars in non-conforming commercial real estate loans, specializing in business-purpose financing solutions for investors and developers.
Kevin began his career as Director of Marketing for one of the nation’s largest private commercial mortgage lending firms, where he served from 1988 to 2003. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in scaling the firm’s national presence and establishing it as a dominant force in the private lending space.
 
Kevin is the author of two industry training resources: “Making Money with Hard Money Commercial Mortgage Lenders: Tips & Tools for Getting Your Non-Conforming Commercial Mortgage Funded Fast,” developed to educate residential mortgage professionals on the fundamentals and practical application of hard money and private money lending; and “Unraveling the Mysteries of Hard Money Loans for Real Estate Investors,” written as a comprehensive guide for new investors and fix-and-flip operators on how to properly structure and present a loan request to lenders. Both publications are currently being updated to reflect today’s evolving real estate financing landscape.
 
He is the Founder of LinkedIn’s largest and most active group dedicated to the private lending space, the Hard Money | Private Money | Commercial Mortgage Network, where thousands of professionals collaborate, share opportunities, and exchange market insights.
 
Kevin is a member of the National Private Lenders Association (NPLA) and holds the designation of Certified Private Money Broker, a credential awarded through the NPLA, reflecting his commitment to professional standards and continued education in the private lending industry.

Throughout his career, Tom has developed a strong understanding of all facets of commercial development, including raising capital, managing construction budgets, navigating government affairs, and ensuring the flawless execution of complex projects.
An analytical thinker with a talent for strategic planning, Tom has successfully built and led teams of professionals, including planners, architects, engineers, land-use attorneys, commercial realtors, property management teams, and appraisal firms. His experience in managing the entire lifecycle of commercial developments throughout the United States speaks to his versatility and capability.
Tom is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a passionate golfer, and a dedicated sports enthusiast.

In mid-summer 2005, he made available his e-book, “Kevin Clark’s Making Money with Hard Money Commercial Mortgage Lenders, Tips & Tools for Getting Your Non-Conforming Commercial Mortgage Funded Fast”.
